Consumer Behavior.
My research is concerned with consumer information processing. Studies carried out in my lab typically involve testing of human subjects either in the lab or via the web on their processing of consumer related information. For example, in current studies we are examining the effects of reasoning on persuasion in the context of advertising messages, examining service evaluations as a function of time to service, and examining the effects of consumer recommendations on internet shopping
