
Genome fluidity
Those differences we saw between our information manuals … how did they get there? What events change the DNA sequences in our genomes? Are they all accidental? Whether by accident or design, the machineries of change provide the first half of the equation of evolution. Here we look at some of the processes, both accidental and programmed, that lead to changes in the genome.
